1. We Created A Streamlined Process For Calling
Our client uses Open Dental combined with Dental Intel to keep track of their treatment. We focused on basic procedures like Fillings, Sealants and Crowns for the majority of the campaign. Our admin team took the key information from patients we were going to focus on and put them into Pipedrive, a CRM platform we use to make 50-100 calls a day. After uploading hundreds of patient treatment details (and the information is all password protected) our Treatment Coordinator Ron, who is excellent with sales, conversation and using dental software, started calling. We'd used Open Dental to schedule the appointments and Dental Intel to take the 50% deposit. All of this information was recorded and sent to our clients each week as our "Progress Report"2.
