How A CRM Will Save You Time and Grow Your Dental Clinic’s Revenue

I get asked about what CRM I use a LOT, because it allows me to get key data about my sales efforts quickly and accurately every week, month, quarter and year.

With a few clicks I can see how any of companies are doing by looking at:

  • How many sales calls were made
  • How many new sales appointments were set
  • How many new signed clients joined
  • The total value of all of my proposals
  • The total value of all of my signed clients.

I use Pipedrive (link to pipedrive.coM), which is easy to set up and operate..  (I get no commission from them, but I just genuinely like the software)

I have 3+ different logins for 3 different Pipedrive accounts that I use for:

  • Running Lift Enrichment, which last year crossed $10 million in revenue
  • Running Clinic Assist to track how many dental clinics are called every week through my sales efforts
  • Running EO Accelerator Dubai:  to see how many new prospective members were interviewed and joined
  • For Patient Specialists:  to see how many calls are made and how many resulted in new scheduled treatment

If you’re running a business, you need a CRM.

Stop using Google sheets…and this is coming from someone who was using google sheets for years.

You could use Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel…it doesn’t matter what you use as long as you use SOMETHING, update it regularly and look at it weekly.

For my dental clinics that I consult with, Pipedrive is a key part of my setup.  We use it to track how many outbound contacts were made to patients each week and the total value of treatments that were scheduled from those calls.

If you are only calling 30 patients a week…but have hundreds to talk to, then you are missing out on a chance to provide better customer service and help them schedule their treatments.

When they walk out of the office, they will forget about their treatments within a day or two.

A weekly follow-up cadence will dramatically increase scheduled treatment (and your revenue).

Here are some examples of how I use Pipedrive for one of my previous dental clients

Here’s one from the LIFT Enrichment dashboard

You can see in the first screen our total pipeline value (and that we’ve signed over $10 million in clients!)

And in the second shot it shows an individual “deal” and how we can see every CALL that was made (with a check mark) and every email.

The most important things when setting up a CRM:

  1. Checking the outbound calls made each week (and ALWAYS having a target)
  2. Looking at the TOTAL proposal pipeline size and ensuring it goes up
  3. Checking on how many meetings you get
  4. Reporting the total signed clients (and watching it go up!)

If you’re running a business or calling dental patients, you’ve got to track these numbers.

You can also set up a quick dashboard for all of this per week (which I’ll go over in a future post)

If you’re a Dubai-based dental clinic looking to grow your clinic’s revenue, book a consultation with me at this link

It’s an in-person 30-minute meeting designed to show you exact techniques I can implement into your clinic to follow-up on patients, schedule more treatment and increase your monthly revenue.  One of my clients grew their clinic by AED 40,000 in scheduled treatment in the first 30 days.
